Training Risk Assessment

This form is to be completed by  IHF / PHECC Instructors (Or Scheme Coordinator)  before they undertake a course under the National Ambulance Service Training Site. This is a risk assessment to ensure that the venue you are using is suitable for training. 

Only those instructors who are delivering community based courses may operate through the NAS Training Site.
